As a Proces Operator, you'll take the helm of the packaging department, dedicated to optimizing and maintaining operational processes. Your mission is to ensure that the products are packaged flawlessly, adhering to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:- Preparing operations based on specifications and production data, ensuring machine setups are perfect for each run.
- Operating and monitoring machines, making real-time adjustments to ensure quality standards.
- Identifying and acting on product deviations, guaranteeing only the best quality.
- Conducting regular maintenance and cleanliness of machinery to uphold the standards of operation.
- Innovating and suggesting improvements to stimulatee process efficiency.

Your hard work should be rewarded. Therefore, you receive the following:- A competitive salary range of €2300 to €2900 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek.
- Additional shift allowances averaging 22.5% for shift work.
- An end-of-year bonus equivalent to 4.25% of annual earnings.
- Generous time off with 25 vacation days and 9.5 ADV days.

Dit heb je nodig
To work as a Proces Operator, you need:- MBO level 3/4 thinking and working level;
- An address in the Netherlands;
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
- Experience with automated systems (SCADA) is preferable;
- A keen interest in process and installation improvements;
- Ambition and a willingness to learn and grow within our company;
- Flexibility to work in a 2 or 3-shift pattern, including early and late shifts.
